Stephanie is an engaging, thoughtful and thought-provoking coach. She will ask you questions that
at first you may think you don’t have the answers to but, by the end of the session, or later, you will
at least be beginning to answer them and feel enlightened in doing so. I find Stephanie both friendly
and insightful. She provides a ‘safe space’ for exploring areas of self-doubt and places you may feel
‘blocked’ in life, and gently invites you to probe and challenge these areas yourself – she will not give you the answers, but she will give you the tools to find them. Don’t worry, although these conversations can be serious, they are often full of laughter too! …

Nonetheless, confronting our
stories and self-view can be an uncomfortable and emotional journey at times, but if you want to move beyond them, accept or change them, then Stephanie will provide all the care and guidance you need. 
To sum up Stephanie’s coaching in two words: reflective and energising.
